Radamer Cheese is the first Polish cheese to have holes. For the several years it has been occupying the leading position in the segment of Swiss-Dutch mature cheese (it combines elements of both Swiss and Dutch tradition and its distinctive feature is cherry-sized holes). Radamer’s unique taste and its highest quality have been confirmed by multiple prestigious international and national awards regularly won in international and national competitions and exhibitions. It is the most awarded Polish cheese.
