Acceglio is Italian cow's milk cheese made in Piedmont in the Piemonte Region. It is made with skimmed milk, is unseasoned and must be consumed fresh.
It has a circular shape with a height of a few centimeters and a diameter of 10 cm.Weighing 0.15 kg, there is no crust and the paste is white pearl.Produced only in the summer to Acceglio.
